ZASF was incorporated under the companies Act 1956 on 22/08/2008. At ZASF we have set up a state of the art processing facility which is well equipped with modern day technology and is engaged in the processing and exports of shrimp, fish & fishery products. Gradually ZASF developed its credibility and productivity and achieved the most prestigious Silver and Gold Awards for 5th and 6th Export Excellence Awards for the years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 respectively by the Federation of Indian Export Organizations - Eastern Region (FIEO).

MANISH KUMAR PHUSHKANIA - (Managing Director & CEO - Marketing & Finance)
Mr. Manish Kumar Phushkania, is a Promoter/Director, and is Head for Finance & Accounts,
Banking & Marketing in Z. A. Sea Foods Pvt. Ltd. He is a qualified MBA and was earlier
associated with big business houses for 13 years at various senior management levels.
He was also treasurer of Seafood Exporter’s Association of India for West Bengal Region.
He is having experience in Seafood Industries for over a decade.
Mr. Manish Kumar Phushkania has helped navigate Z. A. Sea Foods Pvt. Ltd. through the
difficult stage of business when it’s actually in its nascent stage by developing new
brands and establishing the same in the overseas market namely Europe, Japan, USA, Vietnam,
Middle East and other South East Asian Countries and many yet to be added under his supervision.
ANIL KUMAR SHAW - (Director & COO-QA, Procurement & Production)
Mr. Anil Kumar Shaw is the Director of the company. He has been engaged in the Seafood trade for over a decade
and has gained significant experience and expertise in the field of Raw Material Procurement, Production and
Industrial Relations. Prior to joining the Seafood industry, he had worked in the Accounts and Finance department
He has been associated and working with M/s. Z. A. Sea Foods Pvt. Ltd. since its inception and have been almost
independently handling the Raw Material Procurement, Production and Industrial Relations for the Company.
TAJ MOHAMMED - ( Director, Administration)
Mr. Taj Mohammed, is the Director of the company, and is Head for Administration of Z. A. Sea Foods Pvt. Ltd. He has a long experience and reputation in this arena of business. He was the President of Seafood Exporters Association of India for West Bengal Region. He also represented the industry on several panels set up by MPEDA and Export Inspection Agency (E.I.A) for quality control and development of this industry. He has vast experience right from procurement till exports.
